Odyssey's Ai-DUAL range extends their reign as the top putter brand on tour with a new insert, more aggressive roll tech, and a revolutionary alignment aid. Here's everything you need to know.
Odyssey has been the leading putter brand on tour since the turn of the century, and with the new Ai-DUAL and Ai-DUAL S2S ranges, they're aiming to extend that dominance for another 25 years and beyond. The Ai-DUAL family offers a comprehensive lineup with options designed to help golfers hole more putts and shoot lower scores.
Innovative Insert
Odyssey's emphasis on inserts is rooted in their DNA, with the Ai-DUAL range named after the technology in the face. The new insert uses a dual-layer urethane construction, with a soft outer layer and a firmer inner layer, maintaining consistent ball speeds while promoting quicker, cleaner forward roll off the face.
Odyssey's F.R.D. (Forward Roll Design) groove technology has been refined with a steeper 19-degree slope, encouraging more topspin across the entire face. This combination of materials and groove design aims to keep roll consistent from toe to heel and from high to low on the face.
Odyssey also refined the acoustics, with slightly lower-frequency sound that sits closer to the classic White Hot feel, while the overall feel has been tuned to what the brand believes is their best insert yet.
Revolutionary Alignment
Odyssey's new ½-ball alignment system helps golfers aim better and strike the ball more centrally. By visually matching half a ball on the putter to the ball you’re addressing, it becomes much easier to square the face and center the strike at address, which should translate into more consistent impacts.
Odyssey tested the ½-ball alignment with independent players in studies run alongside Baylor University and Clemson University. The results were impressive, with starting-line accuracy improving significantly, and players holing 11.3 percent more putts out of 10 compared to their own putters.
Focus on S2S
Odyssey already offers zero-torque options through the S2S Tri-Hot range, but for 2026, they're expanding that category with new Ai-DUAL S2S models. With zero-torque putters gaining popularity, Odyssey is keen to cover all bases.
The Ai-DUAL S2S models use a modern center-shafted design with two degrees of built-in forward press, paired with a new reverse-taper grip that offsets the shaft lean and keeps the hands in a neutral position.
